Pikes 'Los Companeros' Shiraz Tempranillo 2021

Unico Zelo Truffle Hound Nebbiolo Barbera 2022

Don't let the name fool you - no truffles were harmed in the making of this wine. Though with a glass of this vibrant, moreish drop, you might find some truffle fries is just what you need. A very Vino Italiano blend of Barbera, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Merlot, this red is fresh and a little spicy, with enough juicy fruit to serve all through the summer.

Though better known for their benchmark Clare Valley Riesling, don't sleep on Pikes' reds! Here we have a terrific value Clare Shiraz, easily punching above its price point in terms of quality. Dense and finely crafted, with good concentration of dark fruit character balanced by grippy tannins and generous length.
